Before diving into design ideas, it’s important to ensure your ambitions align with your budget. Our project cost estimator tool gives you an opportunity to explore this yourself and establish a realistic starting point.

Get in Touch

Tell us about your project and what you hope to achieve. Whether you’d prefer a call, an email, or a coffee and a chat, we’re here to answer any initial questions and guide you through the first steps.

Site Visit

We’ll visit your home to meet you in person, understand your aspirations, and assess the space. These conversations help us understand not only the practical requirements but also the lifestyle and experience you want your home to deliver.

Develop The Vision

Using your brief as our foundation, we begin shaping ideas into a design concept. Early sketches evolve into detailed drawings and immersive 3D visuals, allowing you to fully explore the possibilities. Once we arrive at a design you love, we sense-check it against your budget with a more detailed cost plan.

Planning

Once the design is agreed, we move into the planning stage. This secures approval for the external appearance and overall proposal, with planning decisions typically taking around 12 weeks. Where planning permission isn’t required, we often recommend obtaining a Certificate of Lawfulness for added reassurance.​

Technical Design

With planning underway or approved, we begin developing the technical details. This stage focuses on how your project will be built and how it will perform. We coordinate with structural engineers and prepare information required for Building Regulations approval.

Interior Design​

As technical work progresses, we work with you to shape the details that bring the project to life. Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, joinery, finishes - we can help develop every element, providing collaborative tools, guidance, and realistic budgets along the way.

Construction

Before construction begins, we carry out a final review of costs and gather competitive quotations from our trusted network of suppliers and tradespeople. The process is transparent, competitive, and focused on delivering exceptional value. Once everything is agreed, contracts are signed and we commit to delivering your project on budget and on schedule.​​

Completion

The exciting part — moving in. We complete a final professional clean, hand over the keys, and leave you to enjoy your new space. We also provide a three-year settling-in period, giving you added peace of mind should anything require our attention after completion.
